You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Ordinary returns
Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition and original packaging. Please request authorization before sending a return.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions. Our company and authorized return address is Via Prinella 6/6, 44123 Ferrara FE, Italy.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with the issue and any helpful photographs. Necessary unpacking or inspection to identify a defect does not by itself disqualify a claim. We will arrange an appropriate resolution with you; ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not override these claims.
Return shipping and fees
We pay return shipping for our errors, damaged items and defective items. Customers pay return shipping when changing their mind. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact us if you need help checking a refund.
